Liana Habicht, MBA, is an international executive coach, expert in Executive Presence, and the Founder & CEO of Connected MBA, an educational platform that enables leaders to level up their game.

Lianas expertise and passion is to empower business leaders to make a bigger impact by cultivating authentic Executive Presence. She brings 20+ years of experience as a global marketing executive, entrepreneur, and educator to offer executive coaching, courses, and inspiring talks.

Liana is an author of several game-changing coaching frameworks including the SPEC Model of Connected Leadership, the 5 Cs of Executive Presence, and STEAR model of structured thought process.

Her corporate experience spans 10 countries, 9 languages, and top organizations including McKinsey & Company, Philips, Inditex and Silicon Valley start-ups.

Her entrepreneurial journey started in 2009 in San Francisco, with a social club + marketing agency “Trendy Lime”. It grew a network of 7,000 members across three continents and a portfolio of marquee corporate partners.

Liana maintains a close connection to her alma mater, INSEAD. As an Entrepreneur in Residence, she coaches student startups on their marketing strategy. Between 2015- 2020 she has curated and lectured at an experiential MBA course “Building Business in the Silicon Valley” that featured leaders from top organizations including Google, Tesla, VC firms, and startups.

Liana was educated at INSEAD (MBA, 2006), Harvard (Executive Coaching, 2019),Wharton (Executive Presence, 2022). She continues to learn and level up every day.
