After being at SAP for only a year and a half as a Digital Transformation Executive, Annika Jones was promoted to Commercial Sales Account Executive. In this new quota-carrying role, she interacts both digitally and in-person with customers in her territory. The primary responsibility of the Commercial Sales Account Executive is to build and manage a pipeline of software license opportunities in both SAP’s install base and net new customers.
Annika has end-to-end responsibility for generating revenue for a set of assigned accounts. This includes demand generation, territory planning, pipeline development, and deal progress through to closure. She is also responsible for aligning with SAP partners to engage in territory planning, opportunity development, and offering pricing & solution support. Her previous roles in the tech industry include inside sales, business development and alliances channel manager.
Annika is a board member for Girls in Tech (GIT) Phoenix where she chairs the events committee. She has been actively engaged with GIT since the Phoenix chapter launched in the summer of 2017.
